One of the very first programs I used for downloading live webcam streams was m3u8x from Tajaribsoft. This is certainly a no frills program and I’m not sure which audience it was created for, but it certainly wasn’t for downloading webcam streams. That being said, it is a very reliable program which can download m3u8 streams.
