Either I don’t know how to use this software from Apowersoft, or the interface is one of the worst I have seen. I was using an expired trial version so maybe that was the problem. I couldn’t quickly paste the URL into the download screen, instead I had to click the little Download button, then paste the clipboard into the little box and click OK.
Then when it downloads, it downloads all the separate .ts files, so after downloading it then needs to rebuild the .MP4. Actually this isn’t such a bad idea if the program crashes, but I guess i would then have to use FFMPEG to reconstitute the .MP4 file again…
My opinion: Don’t bother. I might give it another go again later on a different machine within the trial period, and update this blog. The video makes it look quite good actually…
